“With our 100% domestic capital tiny houses, we offer diverse products that cater to a wide range of needs. Investors, who do not want to spend significantly more for a conventional house, are choosing to invest their capital in alternative housing immersed in nature.
As MODSIS, we have the ‘O4’ certificate, allowing us to produce up to 12 tons. Currently, we are working on expanding this capacity to 24 tons. Additionally, we have a unique license that allows us to produce products with 24 meters in length and 4 meters in width, which no one else has. With these, we have positioned ourselves as a brand that can sell products in Europe, making us unique on the continent. Our production techniques are also distinct from our competitors. For instance, we use robust and durable chassis similar to those used in trucks. In Europe, there are no companies producing tiny houses with our specifications—they work with a traditional bungalow approach. We are the largest licensed trailer manufacturer in Turkey and Europe for single-module units.”
Service to the Tourism Sector
On the other hand, those seeking relaxation and nature-connected experiences in their holiday preferences have started to prefer practical yet luxurious comfort in nature. As interest in tiny house hotel concepts grew, we also began to provide services to the tourism sector. At our factory located in Dilovasi, Kocaeli, we are producing ultra-luxury mini villas,” he added.
