TINY HOUSE CONCEPT SPREADS QUICKLY<\/strong><\/p>\n \u00d6nc\u00fc pointed out that they provided an affordable solution for people who couldn’t afford summer homes but still wanted comfortable housing. “Those who invested in hobby gardens were still searching for an alternative. We concluded that the only legally viable option would be tiny houses. In 2020, we established the Fo\u00e7a Zeytinlik\u00f6y Housing Cooperative for Tiny House projects. We started member registrations in September 2022, and currently, 90% of the plots are full. We also spoke with all the local producers in the region regarding tiny house sales and conducted research both domestically and internationally. Realizing that we might face issues with post-sales services, we decided to register the Sirius Tiny House brand. We brought to life a new production facility on an open and closed area totaling 3,000 square meters in Ulukent. Essentially, a tiny house is a mobile vehicle that travels on highways. Therefore, maintenance needs arise with use. We entered into this business to provide post-sales service and guarantee support to our clients without causing any issues for our members who trust us,” he explained.<\/p>\n WE PRODUCE IN THREE MAIN MODELS<\/strong><\/p>\n \u00d6nc\u00fc mentioned that they could manufacture three main models under the Sirius Tiny House brand. He continued, “Our tiny houses are designed entirely with bespoke and custom designs, built to international standards. Based on three main models\u2014single-story, loft-style, and one-and-a-half-story\u2014we create everything, from kitchen cabinets to countertops, from floors to ceilings, and from the variety of materials used to vehicle fittings, according to customer preferences and expectations. We make every possible improvement on the base models. The foundation and platform comply with highway standards. For a customer requesting a standard model, our delivery time is approximately 60 days. The production process adapts based on any desired modifications. We made a substantial investment. We found that the number of facilities with a production capacity like ours is limited. We built the infrastructure needed for a boutique service. We have two architects and a mechanical engineer on our team. Our architects can instantly design any customer-requested modifications on the computer. We set out to do the best work in this field.
